SUSTAINABLE BLUE ATLANTIC SALMON – NOVA SCOTIA – LAND BASED & ORGANICALLY FARMED 

WHY WE #EFFINGLOVE IT: Sustainable Blue Atlantic Salmon is farmed organically in a large, land based aquaculture facility. This means that these farmed salmon have no impact on the surrounding environment and the need for these fish to be treated with  antibiotics is eliminated. 

COOKING METHODS : Smoking, grilling, pan frying, baking, poaching and steaming are all suitable cooking methods for this salmon. This fish is also suitable for any recipe calling for the use of raw fish as it is also sushi grade. 

FISH TIPS:  This Atlantic Salmon’s fairly high fat content means that it will be fairly forgiving to the novice chef, as it will take much longer for it to overcook as compared to its wild salmon counterparts.
