Ingredients: Wild Sockeye Salmon, Egg, Mayonnaise, Green Onion, Parsley, Dill, Dijon Mustard, Lemon Juice/Zest, Garlic Powder, salt, pepper, Panko Bread crumbs.

Directions: KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO COOK

Thawing is not recommended- cook from frozen.

GRILL: Preheat to medium heat (350F) Cook for 5 to 7 minutes on each side.

CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Preheat to 400F. Place frozen burgers on lightly greased baking sheet, cook for 9 to 10 minutes on each side.

PAN: In lightly oiled pan, cook over medium heat 5 to 7 minutes on each side.

*Cooking times and temperatures may vary. Cook to an internal cooking temp of 165F
