WHY WE #EFFINGLOVE IT: Krystal’s Home province’s favourite fish! This super unique product is sweet and mild and is great for people who are looking for a fish that doesn’t taste “fishy”. It’s a medium-sized freshwater fish, is plentiful in the Great Lakes and the rivers and streams that flow from and into the Lakes. Also called a Walleye, this fish averages 14″ to 22″ in length and ​weighs of 2 to 4 lbs.

COOKING METHOD: Best to deep fry in a beer batter, pan fry or bake in the oven. 

FISH TIP: Commonly known as Walleye,  it is a predator fish common throughout Canada and northern United States

If fresh product is unavailable, frozen will be substituted.
