COOKING METHODS: This Salmon has a wonderfully rich, full flavor and a deep red/orange flesh color. Perfect for raw consumption or lightly seared. 

FISH TIPS: The naturally high oil content in Ora King salmon can be seen in the striking marbled fat lines within the bright orange flesh, instantly drawing comparison to Wagyu.
