1. Add all the ingredients (except olive oil) and gently mix
2. Form the mixture into patties, potentially enough to make 12 patties depending on the size you wish to form them.
3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Place patties in an, a few at a time, cook until golden brow, about 5 mins per side. Flip them and cook another 5 minutes until golden brown.
4. Serve with tartar sauce, aioli or your favourite dipping sauce.
